Poundland Elgin

Demolition works on the existing Poundland shop, Elgin 161 – 163 High Street. Works entailed a collaborative demolition strategy with the design team and careful consideration for neighbouring properties. Key elements of the demolition were roof removal (connected to neighbouring properties), internal strip out and reclaiming historic materials & removal of large steel beams.
